Our class will begin with some gentle warm-up movements to awaken the body and prepare it for the practice ahead. We'll then move through a series of slow and flowing vinyasa sequences, linking breath with movement in a way that feels comfortable and supportive to you. The pace will be slower, allowing ample time to explore and deepen the connection between breath, body, and mind.
